When Sonia’s parents learned about this, they consoled her and understood her pain. They

knew that Sonia was having a hard time facing her first significant rejection. Sonia's parents
were not just sympathetic, they were empathetic, and decided to give her some space.

After a couple of days, they sat her down and shared their
own stories of rejection and how they had

handled it. They told Sonia that most
              successful people have faced maximum

rejection. The only difference is that

they did not allow rejections to stop
them, and took these experiences as
              valuable lessons taught by life.

              With a newfound determination, Sonia
made a conscious choice to view this

rejection as a stepping stone. She decided
to channel her disappointment into more efforts

for her next project, demonstrating the power of resilience and determination.

“Sometimes, it becomes hard to handle difficult situations, but with proper
guidance and support, I will tackle these issues.” What are the different ways
                   you can tackle difficult issues?

              Handling Rejection

When faced with disrespectful comments about our appearance, we often feel a sense of
rejection. This can manifest as anger, sadness, a desire to cry, a need to scream and lash
out, or even thoughts of revenge. It is important to remember that these feelings are not

unique to you. They are a normal part of the human experience, and everyone, at some
              point, will struggle with them.
