These negative thoughts would overwhelm him sometimes, and he would become miserable.
One day, while Rahul was reading a book, he stumbled upon a passage that would change
his life. It read: “If you think you will lose, you are lost, for out in the world we find, success
begins with a person's will. It is all in the state of mind.” These words resonated with him,
and he decided to change his mindset.
These words became a mantra for Rahul. Whenever his fear of failure threatened to
overwhelm him, he would recite these lines and harness the power of positivity. He worked
hard, stayed focussed, and maintained a positive outlook on his studies and extracurricular
activities. 1. Precedence : Important

Emotions play a significant role in our lives. We experience various feelings daily, such
as happiness, sadness, excitement, and anger. For instance, we might feel delighted when
we receive a surprise gift, but also sad or frustrated when we do poorly on a test. These
emotions help shape our identities and influence how we perceive the world.
Our emotions can change quickly. Negative feelings do not last forever; we do not have to
be stuck with them. While some people are naturally optimistic and focus on the positives,
others may become frustrated in tough situations. The good news is that we can choose
how to react. For example, if we get upset over a bad grade, we can use that as motivation
to improve next time.
