Our emotions are ever-changing, and it is always better to focus more on our positive

feelings rather than our negative ones. Some individuals are naturally optimistic; even

when faced with difficult situations, they maintain a smile and a sense of hope. On the
other hand, others may become frustrated easily and start to think negatively too quickly.

It is essential to remember that no single emotion lasts forever. We also have the power
to transform negativity into positivity, which is truly wonderful!

              Story Corner

Rahul was a shy, quiet, and obedient boy who suffered from poor self-

confidence. Due to his low confidence, he could not perform well in school
despite his capability to do so. One fine day, when he reached school as usual,
he saw the school holding a special assembly to celebrate Children's Day.

As a way of rewarding young, bright kids, the school principal
announced that starting that year, the school's all-rounder would

receive a scholarship, a blazer, and a badge from him. This initiative
by the school was a beacon of hope for students
like Rahul, who were struggling with self-confidence.
Rahul couldn't contain his excitement and curiosity.

He became determined to win. To achieve this,

he created a timetable for his studies, which he
strictly followed. He also started participating in
extracurricular activities like sports, music, and
painting. After all, he had high hopes of receiving the

'All-Rounder Award'. He worked hard day and night,
but even while doing it all, he secretly had a fear of
failure in his mind. He feared everyone would make fun of him if he didn't get the reward

              despite his hard work.
