                Apostrophe (’)


                  We use an apostrophe mark (’) with an s to show possession or ownership.

                   To show possession to a singular noun, we add an apostrophe (’) with an s.

                    For examples:
                    Jaya’s pencil—pencil of Jaya

                    Sahil’s book—book of Sahil

                   To  show  possession  to  a  plural  noun  ending  in  an  s,  we  add  an  apostrophe  (’)
                     without an s.

                        For examples:

                    the girls’ college—the college of girls
                    the horses’ tails—the tails of horses

                  Now, write the following groups of words using an apostrophe (’).
