For Christmas, the school wore a festive look with bells,
streamers, and a beautifully-decorated Christmas tree.
Several activities such as decorating Christmas trees and
stockings, making Christmas cards and handcrafted bells
were organised for the students. The delightful celebration
included children coming in red and white party dresses,
bringing their favourite food, singing Christmas carols,
and sharing the merriment together. Everyone enjoyed
themselves thoroughly.
Here, efforts are made to celebrate festivals of all religions
in the school. It was an inspiration for many other schools
and institutions.
What will be your attitude in helping a person from another religion? What is
more important for you—religion or humanity?

India has been a land of spiritual harmony since the ancient times. Religious freedom,
acceptance, and brotherhood are the very essence of India. The country has seen its share
of diversity in religions. India allowed various religions to spring from its essence and has
accepted and accommodated many faiths. The religious and spiritual traditions of India run
more profound than mere faith.
Spiritual oneness: The Vision that can lead to religious harmony
Spiritual oneness of the whole universe is how India views the way of living. The oneness
expands from the individual to family, to society, to the nation, to existence, and to God.
We face many life challenges, so we each need a solid support structure. Family, clans,
community, religion, and society serve as this unwavering footing to successfully build our
lives. We are interconnected, interrelated, and interdependent.
