Obedience is the key to our success. It is the sure and promised way for unlocking
blessings in our lives. Obedience includes the humble and sincere acceptance of the
authority and will of God. It’s not only conforming, but also demonstrating our devotion

through our thoughts, words, and deeds. Respecting and obeying our teachers also

enhances learning. Students can attentively listen to lectures and understand what is
taught in class while teachers are able to teach effectively.

Be obedient to your parents and teachers,

Children, let’s live in harmony with others;

If you are being humble enough to obey,

God will bless you abundantly in every way.

Obedience is the mother of success,

To safety and wisdom it gives access;

Obedience is not the symbol of a slave,

It is a quality that leaders have.

Obeying is the gem that we should choose,

Do not hide its spark and make its full use;

Today’s obedience gives honour forever,

Its worth and value decreases never.

Lord, help me accept, respect, and obey,

Right away, all the way, every day;

Let me do what I have been asked the first time,

Qualities like obedience and acceptance should be mine.
