The Past Perfect Continuous Tense shows an action which had begun in the past and continued till
                that moment.
                The form of the Past Perfect Continuous Tense is—
                Subject + had been + verb + ing + (object + since/for + time)

                Now let us convert the same three examples into Past Perfect Continuous Tense.
                1.  She had been sitting here for an hour.

                2.  I had not been sitting here for an hour.
                3.  Had you been sitting here for an hour?
