I. Animal’s Gender
The feminine gender and the masculine gender of many animals are the same. For
example, camel, crocodile, giraffe, kangaroo, etc. However, in the case of many
animals and birds, the females and males are known by different names. For example,
a male ‘sheep’ is known as ‘ram’ and the female is known as ‘ewe’ and the masculine
for ‘goose’ is ‘gander’.
