                     Let’s Speak

Imagine a child is having a conversation with the ugly duckling who has now become a
swan. They are discussing if it is more important to be beautiful or good. Practice this
                    conversation with your friend.
                    Child : Hello! Mr Swan.

                    Swan : Hello kid!

Child : You are so beautiful!
                    Swan : Thank you, child.
Child : Have you always been so beautiful?

Swan : Oh no! I was very ugly when I was born.

Child : Did you have many friends?
Swan : I had no friends. Everyone hated me.

Child : Why did they hate you?
Swan : Because I was thin and ugly.

Child : Is it so important to be beautiful?
Swan : No. It is more important to be kind and good.

Child : You are right. It is better to be nice than beautiful.
