                     Adverbs (Adding ly)

An adverb is a word which tells you how an action is done. We usually
make adverbs by adding ‘ly’ to the adjectives.

If the word ends in ‘y’, it is changed into ‘i’.

                     For example:
These words are made by adding ly to the main words.

                                hard + ly = hardly
                                angry + ly = angrily

                                happy + ly = happily

Now, make adverb by adding ly to the given words.

                     1. poor _________________ 2. near _________________

                     3. kind _________________ 4. charming _________________
                     5. naughty _________________ 6. slow _________________
