The drawing or selected part gets rotated or flipped as per the selected option.

MOVING OR COPYING A SELECTION
Moving an object involves changing the position of the selected part from one position
to another in the drawing. Copying an object involves making a duplicate copy of the
selected part at another position in the drawing.
To move a selected part of a drawing to some other position on the Drawing area:
1. Select the desired part of the drawing using the Select tool.

2. On the Home tab, in Clipboard group, click the Cut tool.
The selected object is removed from the Drawing area.
3. On the Home tab, in Clipboard group, click the Paste tool.
The selected object is placed at the top-left corner of the Drawing area.

4. Click and drag the object to a desired location on the Drawing area.
To copy a selected part of a drawing to some other position on the Drawing area:
1. Select the desired part of the drawing using the Select tool.
