Words that are opposite in meaning are called antonyms. Words that have the same or similar
meanings are called synonyms.
excited — bored (antonym) happy— joyous (synonym)

Countable and Uncountable Nouns

Nouns like brother, pencil and book which can be counted are called countable nouns.
Nouns like water, sand, and dust that cannot be counted are called uncountable nouns.

Much indicates quantity and is used with uncountable nouns. Many indicates a number and is
used with countable nouns. Any can be used with both countable and uncountable nouns.
For Example: much time, many hours, any day
