Children, have you
ever gone outside
for any work to earn
money? You may have
not! Today let us read
the story of a poor
boy named Krishna
who spent his days
going door-to-door
selling newspapers
to pay for his school
fees.
One day, as Krishna was walking for his work, he started feeling low and
weak. He was starving, so he decided to ask for food when he reached the
next door.
Krishna asked for food, but was denied everytime, until he reached the door
of a girl named Anne. Krishna asked for a glass of water, but seeing his poor
state, Anne came back with a glass of milk. Krishna asked how much he had
to pay for the milk, but she refused any payment.
