              According to the Bhagavad Gita, yoga is a balanced state of the body and mind.

              Yoga is also a balanced state of emotions. It is a balanced state of thoughts.


              EASY POSE (SUKHASANA)


              This is the simplest of all yoga poses.


              HOW TO DO:

                   Sit upright with legs crossed.
               l
                   Rest the hands on the knees with the palms facing up.
               l
                   Evenly balance the weight across the bones of the legs.
               l

                   Keep the head, neck, and spine aligned all along.
               l
                   Elongate the spine but without stiffing the neck.
               l
                   The feet and thighs should be relaxed.
               l
                   Retain this posture for a minute.
               l
                   Breathe, release, and change the cross-legged position.
               l
